Price information: Our rates are per person per night, including our Feel-Good Package consisting of Thermarium Vital Centre, buffet breakfast and buffet lunch, selection of cake, "More Mountain - More Balance - More Delight" 5-course dinner and all of the other extras included in the room rate. We will be glad to provide special rates for a stay of 21 nights and longer upon request. This does not include surcharges for Christmas/ New Year's, "Fasching" (Mardi Gras) and Easter.

GAP VIP Card: With a booking of 5 nights and over you receive the GAP VIP Card as a token of thanks. This places a major part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen's world of experience having a value of € 130 at your fingertips free of charge.                          

To our animal lovers: In the interest of all of our guests, we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs. If you would like to bring your four-legged friend along, please inform us when you book your room. Sorry, but we can not permit pets in our restaurants and pool areas. (Dog/pet € 10 per day)

Arrival and departure: Your room will be available as of 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. We would ask you to please vacate your room by 11:30 AM on the day of departure. Thank you very much.

Reservations and cancellations: Of course, we will try to rerent the room in the event of short-term cancellation, premature departure or shortening of the duration of stay. Should we not succeed, we will be forced to charge 80% of the room rate. We always recommend travel cancellation insurance in order to avoid this potentially unpleasant situation. We will be glad to send you an application form upon request.

*Phone calls to German landline numbers free-of-charge (excepting service numbers)

*Rates per minute for overseas phone calls and calls to mobile phones: € 0.20

In the event that you do not wish to use the planned dinner menu included in the Feel-Good Package once, we will credit € 15 per person to your account, e.g. for selection from our à la carte menu or gourmet menu (please order in advance).
