Yoga Retreat

In flow with the seasons

Every season has its character and quality. Being in the flow of nature’s rhythms means accepting the energy of a season and adjusting your own lifestyle to it. Selected yoga exercises, focus areas and Ayurvedic tips for a healthy diet and lifestyle help us to find our physical and emotional balance. A wonderful BAYURVIDA catering completes these days.

“When we practice yoga, we connect deeply with ourselves. Yoga classes are characterized a wonderful way to regain strength and to give the mind calm and clarity. The yoga program is suitable for all levels. We practice in the morning and late afternoon Asanas (yoga postures) , pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and deep relaxation. ” – Christine Hollard

Christine Hollard (alternative practitioner, Ayurveda therapist, yoga teacher)

My love for natural medicine led me to complete an apprenticeship as a non-medical practitioner. After passing the exam in 2008, I completed my training as an Ayurveda therapist at the Campus Naturalis in Munich. In 2014 I was allowed to finish my yoga teacher training in the Ananda Yoga Center in Kempten / Allgäu and since then I have been teaching yoga with great pleasure. With my husband Andreas (holistic Ayurveda chef) I work independently at the Ananda in Bad Reichenhall. Ayurveda & Yoga are wonderful instruments for me to awaken peace and love in the heart and to make our body and mind powerful and strong. A very special focus of mine is the work with children, who often come too short in our stressful time.

Andreas Hollard (Holistic Ayurveda chef)

I have been practicing my profession as a cook for more than 20 years. Through my wife Christine I came into contact with Ayurveda and made my first Ayurveda cooking class with Nicky Sitaram Sabnis on the Fraueninsel/Chiemsee. Enthusiastic about the variety of Ayurvedic cuisine and Ayurvedic health I decided in 2009/2010 to complete the holistic ayurveda cook training with Nicky, his wife Gabriele and Maria Dorfer. Since 2013 I work independently at the Ananda in Bad Reichenhall and am also very enthusiastic as a lecturer at the SEVA Academy in Munich. Since Ayurveda and Ayurvedic cuisine have become part of my life, I like to take on this outstanding and beautiful task with love and gratitude.
